How does the flexible monthly subscription work?
Grove offers a flexible monthly shipment of your favorite sustainable products. You can customize your basket, skip a month, or change your delivery date at any time through your account dashboard.
Are all products sold on Grove Collaborative eco-friendly?
Yes, every product we carry must meet our strict standards for being non-toxic, effective, sustainable, and cruelty-free. We vet every ingredient so you don't have to.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your home. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or credit, no questions asked.
How do you handle shipping and plastic neutrality?
We offer carbon-neutral shipping on every order. Additionally, for every ounce of plastic you buy from us, we collect and recycle an equivalent amount of ocean-bound plastic pollution.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Grove Collaborative ships to the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also view your order status and tracking history in the 'Orders' section of your account.
