Log into your Grove account and visit your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring that any liquids are tightly sealed to prevent leaks during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
